Our founding partnership

Maris Farms is more than a partner to us. It's where we really learned this work, season after season, and where we figured out what it means to help a farm from the inside.

Our work with Maris is hands on and year round. We're in the actual flow of the season with them, not just the campaigns around it. You can see their season for yourself at marisfarms.com.

What our work with Maris Farms looks like.

Every part of the digital side of the season, woven together so the farm team can focus on what they love.

  • Ticket launches and pre season campaigns
  • Email and SMS campaigns through the whole season
  • Event pages and time slot ticketing
  • Paid ads tied to actual ticket revenue
  • Social media content that captures the magic
  • Urgency messaging for the weekends filling up
  • Day of guest questions and operational support
  • The little details that make families feel excited and informed

Maris taught us that helping a farm isn't about running more campaigns. It's about being there in the season, right alongside the people who are already pouring their hearts into something special.

The playbooks we run

Every kind of farm has a season we know by heart.

We keep our partner farms' names and numbers private unless they tell us otherwise. What we can show you is exactly how we approach each kind of season, because these are the playbooks we run every year.

For pumpkin patches

From a sold out Saturday to a sold out season.

The most common pattern we see: one magical Saturday that always sells out, and three quieter days around it. The playbook we run is time slot ticketing, gentle abandoned cart texts, and a six week pre season email warm up, so the Saturday only sellout becomes a Friday through Sunday sellout.

  • Time slot ticketing
  • Pre season email
  • Abandoned cart SMS

For sunflower festivals

A one weekend event can become a multi weekend tradition.

A beautiful bloom often gets marketed for a single weekend even though the flowers are open for three. We build time slot ticketing across the whole bloom window, partner with local family content creators, and add photo package bundles. The flowers stay the same. The number of families who see them does not.

  • Photo package bundles
  • Local creator partnerships
  • Time slot pricing

For Christmas tree farms

Pre sales that calm the opening weekend chaos.

Opening weekend is usually long lines, full parking, and stressed staff. We rework the ticket page around pre sale, add parking and warming add ons, and bring back last year's families with a reactivation campaign, so a big share of the season is locked in before opening day.

  • Pre sale push
  • Returning guest reactivation
  • Parking upsell

For haunted attractions

Sell out the prime nights, fill the quiet ones.

Most haunts have a loyal following but leave timing to chance. We build urgency messaging for the weekends that fill up, add a VIP skip the line tier, and run flash sales for the slower Sunday and weeknight slots, so the whole calendar works instead of just the obvious nights.

  • VIP skip the line tier
  • Urgency messaging
  • Flash sale sequence

Every farm and season is different, and results vary based on event type, audience, budget, and weather. The numbers above are real ranges from the farms we run, shared honestly.

In their words

What partner farms have shared.

  • Working with Vince and Jenna has been the best decision we've made for our farm. They really get our business, and they've helped us reach more families than ever.

  • They helped turn our pumpkin patch from a local secret into the most popular fall spot in the county. They feel like real partners who actually understand farms.

  • It was like having marketing people who actually understand farming. They helped us double our revenue and never once made us feel like a number.

  • They completely changed our ticketing. They showed us parts of TicketSpice we didn't even know existed, and now our ticket page handles our busiest weekends with ease.

We'd love to learn about your farm.

If a quick chat sounds helpful, let's set one up. Tell us about your season and we'll share, honestly, where we'd start.
